This fascination combined with his commitment to provide a client-centric and professional Interior Design service has led Christopher to successfully deliver a range of high-end residential and commercial projects for clientele with a plethora of stylistic, financial and lifestyle requirements.

Almas Shamsee is the founder and creative director of Maisha Design. After working in the city for nearly ten years as an economist, Almas decided to pursue her passion for interior design.

Together with her extensive experience in the design sector and her training at the prestigious Chelsea College of Art and Design, Almas has a unique combination of expertise in all aspects of the design process enabling her to provide a truly exceptional service.

Chris McLaren, BSc (Hons) is an architectural designer specialising in commercial and prime residential properties with over ten years experience in the industry, approaching each project with the highest levels of dedication, commitment and creativity. After being awarded the RIBA dissertation prize in 2011, Chris established and continues to work in private practice, successfully delivering a diverse range of projects across the UK.

Stephen Taylor, BA (Hons) is a Director at BB Partnership Ltd. Prior to joining BB Partnership in 1997 he worked for a number of practices in London. He has vast experience in commercial development and has been responsible for several embassy schemes in Central London.

Daniel Leon BA BArch RIBA ARB is an award-winning Architect with over 25 years experience on residential, commercial, education and arts projects from London to Sydney. Daniel heads up a team at Square Feet Architects in Marylebone London, that delivers functional yet beautiful spaces and places to myriad of satisfied customers.

Carl Griffiths, ACIOB is an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record working on multi-million pound high profile mixed use and high end residential projects. Together with his management skills, this enables him to achieve the high standard of quality clients expect, he has the ability to motivate and lead both contractors and design teams whilst complying fully with programmes.

Adrian Brown is a Director at London Project and Design Management Ltd and acts as T Group Commercial’s chief Project Manager. Adrian has worked within many areas of the property sector including Agency, Lettings, Financial Services and Construction. Working with architects, engineers and many property professionals, Adrian has a thorough working knowledge of the construction industry and associated property fields.

Richard Bussey MRICS, has been a Partner running the London office at Deacon and Jones LLP for 20 years and provides Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on projects across all sectors of the industry. He is able to focus on the attention to detail that repeatedly delivers high quality projects on time and within budget. Richard has over 30 years experience working in the residential sector, including projects involving commercial to residential conversions.

Member of Chartered Institute of Building, Malcolm has a breadth of experience acting as Project Surveyor/Cost Consultant on many varied projects and contract types. He has been involved in high-end refurbishments and new build residential projects providing new residential units and refurbishments of listed and non-listed buildings.

Tim Taylor FRICS, is a chartered Quantity Surveyor who has successfully delivered Project Management services on construction projects for over 40 years. His experience covers a wide range of values and property types mainly in the South East. Driving short term delivery targets within the overall programme has successfully delivered high quality projects. Through this he has developed skills to explain complex technical matters in simple language.
